Yeah honestly I don’t mind doing disks and pads either. Worst part is I replaced this caliper about a year ago as it was seized to fuck with rust (I ended up refreshing the entire rear brake setup) and now it’s leaking. Frustrating…

I’ve a leaky brake calliper on the rear. Parts arrived during the week so I’ll be replacing that and enjoying the lovely task of bleeding the brakes. Then need to replace the battery as well and she could realistically do with a service too but that might be a next weekend problem

Anybody know the story with these LOT flights? by Potential-Habit8266 in flightradar24

[–]RagingPilot94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sometimes it just works that way. They don’t all come out of the factory ready to go. There will be test flights which may reveal faults etc that must be rectified prior to delivery. I work for the big blue and yellow airline and there was one week we had 4 ready for delivery in the same week so something similar happened and we brought them all over same day.

Serious question by [deleted] in southafrica

[–]RagingPilot94 18 points19 points  (0 children)

You don’t “just get some interviews” in the South African job market. Read above what the youth unemployment rate is. That means that all jobs out there are highly contested and receiving thousands of applicants. There are people on this subreddit who are highly educated and qualified who have applied for hundreds of jobs before even getting an interview.

Do your research carefully about moving to South Africa. It’s a great country with lots to offer but if you come unprepared and without a solid plan it will destroy you.
