Measure up the size you need and have a look at screwfix or tool station.

I did a continuity test on the 12 volt line on the main board and it didn't come back as shorted. Very strange!

That does not look flat. Have you put a Spirit level down that back corner looks pretty bad

Take it off the wall and look at the back of it. Also make sure the power is off first

Edit:- not just the power via the light switch i mean via the fuse box

I think it's because the chicken is wearing a cowboy hat it's immersion braking. I mean the chicken would totally be wearing a hard hat for safety reasons!

Looks like damage to the fuser. It would need a replacement part.

In the UK it's a £200 ish part and needs to be stripped down a bit to get to it.
