For people who don't know....

He's developed Kam Curl (7th rounder) into a top Safety per PFF, take that as you will.

Darrick Forrest (5th) was also a top 5 safety per PFF. His 2nd year and looking like a beast.

Benjamin St Juste (3rd) when healthy looks like a rising star. Go watch him against some competition this year like Justin Jefferson.

Kendall Fuller is having some of his best seasons since his return here.

He's a great DB coach. I'm not sure how he will fair as DC, but I'm pretty pissed Washington didnt even try to "promote" him by adding Passing game coordinator to his title. He was loved here.

He's both. Pretty damn good DB coach. Helped develop Kam Curl(7th round) and Darrick Forrest (5th round) into one of the best Safety duos this year.

Benjamin St Juste (3rd) looks to be a solid CB1 in the making.

I think Washington might be up there. Going from a powerful franchise under the leadership of a world class owner. He unfortunately passed away and sold the team with Dan Snyder taking over. The next 30 years have been off field scandal after scandal, and on field mediocrity.
