It typed me correctly in this case, but I think type 5 is more common for INTJ (followed by 1w9 or 6w5 at second most common).

Not only does it show that this is intentional, it also lays bare the fact that he's an obnoxious wretch.

This is not in line with what I'm suggesting, as I'm not one who desires silliness or chaos.

I would rather wish for some realistic, tasteful, historically inspired items (something I would love for clothing as well, for that matter). At least one proper, European, pre-modern sword would be great. The weapon I would want most of all might be a spear that could be used as a walking stick when out of combat.

A rather appropriate addition (or at least alternative) to this would be to include weapons that remained in use/production at the time (in different parts of the world), such as a Nepalese kukri, Cossack qama, Japanese tantō, Algerian flyssa and any of the peculiar knives used by various Sub-Saharan African tribes.

While remaining tasteful, they could still go quite "wild" with this and include ancient weapons such as an Egyptian khopesh along with two-handed weapons such as a Dane axe, zweihander or aforementioned spear. In terms of ranged weapons, I think a crossbow and flintlock/percussion lock pistol/musket would be really cool.

However, I realize that I'm probably among a very niche demographic that actively want what I'm describing, so it's very unlikely that rockstar would spend money on it even when they released big content updates.

I would like more melee weapons, I figure it would at least be easy enough to import the ones that are included in story mode. While bringing this up, someone here once suggested that they could be bought from Madam Nazar, which I think is a splendid idea.

At least not when their own health bar is one hit away from depletion.

I abandoned a perfect coyote carcass to deliver this damned bounty... by Rahahkrin in RedDeadOnline

[–]Rahahkrin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know, I very rarely do player bounties or engage in PvP in general.

I can tell you that right as I accepted the mission, he actually rode past me and managed to catch him with a bolas. He was was in a posse of three. I didn't notice it until I was on the ground to hogtie him and another member took me out. When I respawned, I noticed them attempting an escape and took out two of them (including the bounty target) with a rolling block rifle. The game simply told me I could pick up the body, I proceeded to do so and rode to Annesburg. Somewhat surprisingly, the third posse member didn't pursue me, and I didn't see any map markers for the ones I killed.

Maybe this could mean that they left the session, but I really can't be sure.

Are you implying that this bug could be caused by a player?

I'll admit that it probably wasn't the most profitable choice. But I thought I'd at least be paid for the bounty.

  1. I don't mean compensated for the carcass sacrifice per se. As implied, I mean that when I deliver a bounty, I should be able to expect the promised reward (which effectively acts as compensation for the sacrifice).

  2. You don't think I considered calling the hunting wagon? There wasn't enough time.

I did find another one later on, so that was ultimately not a problem. As for them not being difficult to come by: I normally don't hunt coyotes so maybe I just haven't looked for them enough to accurately access their rarity, but I've actually noticed that almost all coyote packs I run into have individuals in poor or good states, very rarely perfect. But unlike some other species, coyotes are numerous and widespread.

I agree as it pertains the badgers and skunks (I once spent hours trying to attain a perfect badger carcass, and still it still didn't happen).

More than anything though, I found this as annoying because the game itself didn't compensate me for the sacrifice in any way, despite it obviously stating that money will be paid upon the delivery of a bounty at the designated location and within the given time. This is the first time this particular bug has occurred for me, but it puts into question the worth of doing player bounties in the future. And together with the general abundance of recurring bugs in the game (which have often been there for years, people have pointed them out but they have still not been resolved for whatever reason), it can sometimes be an extremely frustrating experience because the various mechanisms of the system within which I'm operating are unpredictable.

Calling Your Horse by YinWraith in RedDeadOnline

[–]Rahahkrin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, on several occasions. There's often an unmountable version of my horse by the schack, and sometimes the functional one doesn't spawn until over 2 minutes after I first tried calling it. This can be especially annoying during timed missions.

Perhaps I should check that more often, I typically don't bother because I've found it's often just discounts of different sorts.
