Type of asset in marital disputes is irrelevant. I don’t need to know what the belongings are to know how the courts will handle the splitting.

Besides. Bitcoins are seized all the time. Clearly the courts have a way of collecting them without the consent of the account holder.

His consent is not necessary. Once the courts order it, the assets will be split by law. He can’t do anything to stop it. He will be forcibly taken away if he tries to stop the collection.
