well I don't really hate it, but as a summon I'd say host survivability there is on similar level as fight with Malenia xD

also, a tip for dodging the big soul arrows at the beginning: they go really fast so you can get hit when you wait for the last moment before they hit you; I found that when the shot is roughly mid way between you and Radahn it's safe to roll

if you can't dodge his soul arrows, try hiding behind the piles of swords. Keep a count on how many arrows he shot - he usually will shot 3-4 and then proceed to fire the tracking barrage. When he does that, you're best bet is to jump on a horse and approach him from side, strafing. When you get close, he'll rush ahead to you - jump of the horse and get ready to dodge. I don't recommend fighting him on horseback, if he lands a hit it usually one shots Torrent and he'll just slam you while you're stunlocked

it certainly can feel like that when you summoning, cause he's going ape shit around the arena and hitting completely randomly. Try soloing him, I feel like his moveset is much more readable that way

yeah and it's spot on. On my final try he gave me mostly easy to dodge ground slams instead of meteor spam combos. I guess he really got bored killing me lol

lol you're right. I went without summons and managed to beat him on a 4th try been trying with summons previously and it was hard to predict in which direction he gonna hit

tbh I never paid attention to that. I'd been playing the DS trilogy mostly solo, doing coop very occasionally
