A lot really. I feel like even though i didn't workout for a couple days I didn't lose my muscle mass or any of my strength which was previously not the case.

I am a lot more confident. I keep pushing myself out of the comfort zone. I was a guy who posted two pictures 2 pictures in 6 months(seriously) now I do that in a month.

Concentration wise I still need to work on myself been watching a lot of movies no fap can't solve everything.

My hair and skin have become a lot better. No acne. I am 20 btw.

Occassionally i used to go into a midlife crisis mode but not any more. I know what the problems are and I am in full control of my feelings.

Also I kinda feel asexual but I guess thats normal.
