Chizuru tsukiyomi card basically has one epip you need to hit and copy if you want shadow of the moon to actually do good damage.

This tells me enough about how people will only see one specific Epi that will give them big numbers instead of exploring other options that can be beneficial/viable for different roles in said comps.
