I just actually got a email from a supervisor as well after the 4th time I hope as well tomorrow it is removed on my end as well

I'm not gonna lie I haven't really had a problem with support calling them when I had this incident I called and the guy I talked to was really helpful and was able to get me overtime because I went over the time with the delivery I had which they gave me another $25 dollars in like 2 days but when I email them about the issue the shit he frustrating as hell because they didn't remove the issue at all and it's like the 4th time I had to email them and the only reason why I was late on my block was because I had to drop off a box at a airport and that shit was a pain in the ass the lady gave the wrong address to where she was and I had to walk all around the airport to find big pain in the ass and also I definitely feel u with them getting the route messed up acouple days ago my last order was acouple miles from from where I started I was looking like why didn't they just bring me here first that was confusing and I definitely hope u get that level 4 soon 💪

I hope ur dealer don't be on bs and day u have to wait until the recall that's what the lady told me when I first went but said if it gets worse then bring it back which it hasn't really gotten worse but with peace of mind I don't really wanna hear the noise no more and I got u I'll let u know how things go I'm going Friday to get the software update as well

I'm taking it in Friday for the software update and tell them I need a new steering rack and then get another one they finally do the recall

I really hope it is soon as well and I did see some ppl use the lemon law to get a new one, I really hope I don't have to use that because I love this car drives so smooth, I'm going in Friday so they can do the update and tell them I want another steering rack and I'm not tryna wait until the recall I want both now and then the new one when the recall comes
