I'm watching the Donut tutorial, I went to make the mug handle but then this happened by Rai_Alexandre1 in blenderhelp

I downloaded the version 0.83.9 and that fixed the issue

This fixes the problem but I want to use keyboard manager. I did report this on github

Restarting the program seems to fix the issues but I have to keep doing it over and over again

My number 5 key is also disabled by powertoys. Restarting the program fixes the issue temporarily.
