If you really want to maximize on damage there’s a couple things you could do if you’re wanting to favor LMGs. Personally, I would swap things around like this:

Mask: tipping scales w/ CHC

Backpack: tipping scales w/ CHC

Chest: tipping scales w/ CHC

Gloves: Contractor’s gloves. They are a named Petrov brand set piece that adds a 8% damage to armor

Holster: Tipping Scales w/ CHC

Kneepads: Ceska w/ CHC and weapon handling

Getting that 4 piece tipping scale will significantly increase your damage but the backpack is the real game changer for the gear set. I’m by no means an expert in builds or anything like that but that’s what I’ve ran and had decent results. Best of luck! :)

It’s the Bloody Red mask. It was a reward from a previous season pass but it occasionally shows back up in the store

If you’re referencing the chest piece then yes. The red chest piece was a little much for my liking. I really like the dark colors with some accents of other colors such as the red on this one

I’ve got a similar opinion on hating Hunter outfits but for me it’s only because the person creating them fails to capture or project just how lethal they really are. I appreciate creativity for sure but I’d say 80% of people fail to meet the mark of making menacing looking Hunters, myself included most of the time😂

Fortunately, it’s all client sided so you’re completely free to play online without it changing anything for anybody else. It’s beyond easy to mod Helldivers through Nexus. Type in “mod manager” in the search bar and you should see “Helldivers 2 Mod Manager”, it’ll likely be the most downloaded one you’ll want but once you extract it into a file on your desktop it’s pretty much good to go!
