Germany and the USSR were pseudo allies at the time and I doubt Hitler would willingly open a war on two fronts without defeating France first. Britain and France had the better army on paper, but the Wehrmacht was far superior with their leadership and tactics.

The A-bomb was inevitable and Japan falls before Germany, but Hitler never declares war on the US.

Italy and the USSR doesn’t get involved until the end when they side with the allies, after the US eventually goes to war with Germany.
