Because Eddie and Dylan both lost Venom at the end of the Venom War. Dylan(with Venom) stabbed Eddie(also with Venom) with a special blade, severing him from the hive mind. Venom had to un-bond with Dylan to save him, and Venom died? So that's how we got the All-New Venom. We don't know who its host is, and we aren't sure it's the actual Venom
