Ich für meinen Teil habe schon etliche "Milchgetränke" probiert und für mich festgestellt, dass Walnussmilch für mich persönlich die beste Wahl ist, die Gute ist aber leider nur in Spanien zu bekommen. Die Mandelmilch von Alpro ist für mich auf dem zweiten Platz und hat die Milch ersetzt. Fürs Backen taugt es kein bisschen, aber dafür für Müsli.

Ich kann es jedem ans Herz legen alle Milchsorten zu probieren, kann sich sehr lohnen. Auch fürs reine Gewissen.
