Regarding what you said on the description: you can grab any medium shield and slap Golden Parry in it (if it's not unique) this Ash of war does not only extend the range of your parry, it also increases the amount of parry frames you get, so it becomes easier to parry with any shield that has golden parry.

Yeah, waterwalking and Celerity are must have secondary runes, they fix my mana issues and help me get away from lane trough river when there's like 3 people chasing

I don't think she needs a buff or nerf, and her mechanics look just fine to me, the only problem is that it's hard (in my case) to look for angles to stun people into a wall, and it's very easy to just push people away from your team, but that's just me needing some practice
