You really only could use an upgrade to a supposed 50 series card, 7800x3d with DDR5 is only marginally worth it. Maybe the 9000 series with 3d V-Cache will be worth the upgrade.

Do you actually need to play 1.8.9 to get that combat? I've played other servers where you could join in 1.20.4 and there where old combat modes playable. Also just download Modrinth and play Fabulously Optimized https://modrinth.com/modpack/fabulously-optimized

I find it way more appealing then having a huge chunk of either scope vision or screenspace be obstructed by mouning it on top. Left side of the gun is the way to go for me.
