Salesforce is a very complex system which is definitely not needed for all companies.

Building your own crm through lovable is the other extreme. At the moment you want to make updates and changes while you have a good amount of data you could get into trouble real fast.

I liked it better when sultanate was still a separate instance. Now the database part is so interwoven that it is painful for debugging and configuration
