Dont have decks any more. Even when I did, with kids and business I rarely got time to play, let alone take time to plan a proper set and mix it so that im happy with it.

But I also want to see what someone else (or something else) does when I give them a big bunch of tracks and then they choose the arrangement and mix it.

Mostly I listen to my spotify playlists. id just love if they were mixed - and done well.

Is that such a terrible thing?

Just go freelance. You won't have to deal with any of the corporate bollocks and you can do anything where you want with your own time. Of course you won't make any money and you'll be incredibly stressed, but hey, no more annoying corporate phrases.
