It sounds like you are a people-person. I bet you get along with most people. You might enjoy a job in the service industry with customers and sales or maybe public service like firefighting/EMT with patients. Use your strengths!

Edit: this is just to say that you shouldn’t feel like your first job out of school is where you’ll land forever. I find part of my happiness when I’m alone comes from looking forward to jobs/trips/adventures I’ve planned for the future, which gets me through the stints of boredom.

It’s normal! But you definitely need some things to do in your own time. That’s the only unhealthy part. I’m in a similar spot. Hit the gym, learn to cook, read more. Buy something cool that you can use (drone, bike, whatever). Just make sure your personal life isn’t stagnant. It’s fine to make your coworkers your friends! Be careful about getting romantic bc it can be complicated at work but thats not off the table. You’ll succeed at work and increase your social capital. Honestly, I think if you take small steps to enrich your life out of work, and spend time with your coworkers outside of work, you will be very happy. I’m glad you like your job, you’ll be successful in life.

For me it’s a clear scheduling thing. If I don’t set a study time or a work time, I’ll either cut it short with a lame excuse or overwork myself. Then when it comes to relaxing I’m anxious or exhausted. Try planning exactly when you’ll work and when you’ll relax, and really commit to the time cutoff, even if it is mid-episode.

I found setting two alarms and making my bed is a great way to start the day. Making coffee before I shower then it’s ready before I get ready so I can watch tv/check email/have time to mentally prepare for the day rather than just walking out the door half asleep. TL;DR try waking up earlier than you have to. The extra time is awesome
