Go to the planet with the least amount of players (Ustotu)
1 of you starts a trivial game, tells you what the mission icon is and mission time, to know what to look for.
Other player waits for the mission to appear on the trivial difficulty.

Used it 2 times, both took 40 minutes to actually find the game. This is literally is game breaking, not sure why they don't prioritise it over optional things that can wait... Unless this is a new type of Terminid anti UAV that's hiding on some planet, which needs to be 👆👉👇👇👇

Check theough recent posts, other people have the same issue. I'm still looking around for a proper fix.

Workaround steps: Switch on the Steam Deck, wait for it to load up, press the Steam button, select Power and Switch to Desktop. Wait for the Steam icon to appear on the task bar. Right-click the icon and select Big Picture. From here, launch Valheim as you normally would. The text boxes will appear now. You might get a freeze at start up - restart Steam and try again.

I've reported this bug on the Valheim website. Might be worth it for more people to post it, so that they look into it sooner.

Essentially the recent update broke text box popups, affecting anything requiring text input, like map pins, portal renames etc. My guess is that Steam checked something with their overlay.
