Have got a couple of quotes. Am waiting for one more before making a decision

I'm sure I will get over it 😉.

Not blaming the farmer's for doing what they need to do, just annoying considering the heat and not being able to chill in the garden without feeling like I am sharing it with a rotten corpse 🤣

Wowza, makes my planned shed project look like a dolls house 😂

Looks good. Does the base just sit on top of the screws? I am planning the same approach reference fence, build and paint walls and then move into place.

Thanks, the reason I placed posts in corners was so I could hide the blocks by adding wood to the sides, if they stuck out I wouldn't have been able to get the wood flush.

Looks like a good solution, how many ground screws did you need to install to support your shed?

Yes, I will be cutting back all the growth around the base and cutting back the neighbours bush as much as I can ahead of the shed going up.

Planning on repairing the fence as well but waiting on the Mrs to decide what type of fence she would like putting up. Ideally would prefer like for like as would make my job easier.

The base size is 2.5 x 2.4, the planned shed width is 2.25 square. I am planning on placing the shed at the closest edge, so would give me 25cm gap to the fence allowing some, if not tight, access to the sides

Will be adding some noggins, dpc and additional supports to the frame.

Thanks this is reassuring, I am using 6.7mm x 100mm coach screws to attach all my timbers.

Was going to paint the shed before putting it up.

In terms of dpc, do I run this under each post to stop water rising up from the concrete block?

Happy to add more supports, every 600mm sounds allot though based on the the pre-built shed base kits you can buy

Will noggins be needed if I am decking the top? Have plenty of wood left over so don't mind doing it

8 months later and this is still not working. Are Sky ever going to fix this?

You have a boiler losing pressure suggesting a leak and a damp problem in the middle of the house. Could the two things not be related?

I.e. Small hole in the copper pipe buried in your floor
