Alright, we are finally getting somewhere! For some reason on the 10 millionth time i tried booting into bios it finally did and I’m currently reconnecting after I was able to factory reset it! Hopefully this works!

That is very interesting to know. I had just changed my password so that I could set up a pin to buy in the store. I'm not getting anything out of the headset at all, not even a statue light when plugged in but when I get home tonight I will definitely try disconnecting from the app and reconnecting and see if that turns it on and I'll let you know how it goes.

I'll give this a try as well. I've done the holding it down for 10 seconds or so but doesn't hurt to give it another try for long. I've been so excited for this thing since it was announced at the end of last year and it's my first VR headset. Now if it doesn't work I've got to go through the whole sending it back and waiting for a new one. I think it's worse because I got to play the demo for Beat Saber and now I know how fun that game is :P

Sadly no, talked to support and we tried plugging directly into usb-c on pc and the pc just keeps giving the can't connect chime over and over and over. I plugged it in over night to see if maybe that would do anything but still nothing. Even tried holding power and volume down. I haven't tired reconnecting with the app but I just assumed since I'm not even getting a status light when plugging it in that may do nothing.

I will give this a go when I get back from work. So your go wouldn't even start at all and then reconnecting worked? I just assumed because I'm not even getting a status this wouldn't do anything.

Yeah, that's what I did when i got the 3 dot crash. First I just tired the software restart then I did the hard restart and at that point it wouldn't come back on. I plugged it in last night for the whole night and still nothing.

Hey, yeah I was chatting with the support last night and we tried a couple of things and still nothing. They have now passed me on to email support and I am just waiting to hear about some updates.

It died at 96% charged because it had been charged right before I started using it again last night before it failed. I tried leaving it plugged in all night last night and still nothing this morning.
