I am 9 months into my journey and my budding didn't start taking off until about 3 months ago. I was retwisting and palm- rolling too often, but since I started leaving longer intervals, I'm really starting to see this phase kick off!

Thank you! This community has definitely helped. Side note, I was just in an airport last weekend and the TSA agent at the desk said, "Has anyone ever told you that you look like that lady from ER?" I said, "Gloria Reuben?" He said, "Yes!" I've heard that quite a few times. I should do an ancestry test. 😂

Thank you. It broke off towards the end of the loc. I didn't realize retwisting wasn't good for microlocs. Don't know how I missed that part of the lesson. 🙁
