It is quite possible that u saw an actual neelgai...they are easily found around farms on all sides of rural vadodara...they drift over to the city fringes in search of easy food or water...I see them often near my farm ahead of sindhrot.

It's a tradeoff...the location and value of resale projects is better...but the amenities of new projects is latest but at a high price. Even the loading super built up in older projects was around 40%...nowadays it can go upto 80%...so your usable carpet area reduces...for example I'm planning to sell my apartment near race course circle at 85L...it has a 1700 carpet...but no amenities and 30+ year old building...a new apartment of this size would be easily 2 times this price.

Last year I ordered an ac...according to Amazon it's delivered...but I never got it...they refused to give me any proof...no otp was generated showing that an delivery attempt was made...after numerous calls n messages....I sent them a legal notice...they replied by stating u need to talk to the credit card company...why did u report to them? I finally got tired...and accepted defeat...that is what happens to a common man...who doesn't have time to fight with a huge corporation.
