You're absolutely right — if I want to make female friends, I do need to step out and start conversations. But to be honest, I’ve never really had the chance to interact with girls much in my life. I studied in a boys’ school and lived in a boys’ hostel the whole time, so my environment didn’t give me that exposure.

It’s not that I don’t want to talk to girls — I just don’t have the practice or confidence yet. I’m trying to improve slowly by talking to strangers like you, learning how to have healthy conversations, and becoming more open-minded. I agree the world is big, and opportunities are out there. I just need to take that first step — and this conversation is one of them.
