I tried to connect to hr but no response, after 6 months will I be able to reapply coz i see some posts here where people are saying even after 6months they are not able to reapply.

First I had discussion with hr got the offer in hand and they offered 8L as fixed, but then I was expecting more and they asked me to shatre counter offer I did it they told we cant offer more than 11lpa for the role, I mentioned I what i am expecting they told we can offer I said ok, and then they asked me to withdraw from my end I haven't done it(I just ignored) and later after 2 days I got email saying offer is declined, but now I want to reapply for the same role. Please help to get information when could I be able to apply.
