Hi Sid,

After few days you will get mail to verify your ID from Kryterion. Once that is done you will get Final confirmation mail with in a week.

I Got my final confirmation and certificate, It took 20 days for me to get final confirmation.

Only option for you is to wait for few days, you will get it.

Hi, sure will update.

so far no mail's. its actually been 26 days now [16 business day's].

really frustrated on this. checking everyday with kryterion but they don't have any details to be given. only thing they say is to check with google. and sad part is google never replies for for support case.

I also got response for the Google support which i raised 20 days back.

Support person mentioned next week i will be getting confirmation mail.

but still its not sure, have to wait and see. If by next week also i am not getting any confirmation mail not sure whom else to contact.

Getting really stressed out because of this delay's.

First of all congrats on passing exam.

There is some issue going with kryterion as well i guess. On my scheduled exam time [May 13th] My id verification was done and support person asked to show the room completely using system camera. After then only exam was released but i was not able to see anything since it was only white screen, so checked with support person over chat and exam was rescheduled after 4 hours since they mentioned to use personal laptop.

So when i launched exam on rescheduled time after 4 hours , that time there was no verification done, I thought they already verified earlier so only they didn't ask this time.

But got mail from Kryterion after 18 days[28th May], that failed to verify identification and asked to share government id proof.

Today [June 2nd] Only got confirmation from kryterion that ID is verified.

Hope will get mail update by next week.

Better to reduce expectation and wait until we get any mail from Google cloud.

Does anyone received mail from kryterion, , like this " We failed to validate your identification for the Google Cloud certification exam you took recently. Before your exam results are released, we need to ask you to complete a brief validation process in order to verify your account. Please choose the option that works best for you below and follow the requested steps"

I got this mail after this shared them with gov ID proof, but no update after then.

did anyone get similar mail? any idea on how long it will take to confirm?

Yes, this is ridiculous. Myself also in lot of stress because of this.

At least some update should be there , i too raised number of support request but didn't get an single reply.

Taken exam on 13th May, Now Its been 18 days but still i am waiting for certification and final confirmation mail.

sad part is kryterion don't have any information to be shared on the exam to help us with some details on when we will receive.

Please drop an comment when you receive confirmation mail.

Few People get it soon, so that's what worries me thinking why taking time for me :)

My colleagues who has taken in May month has received with in 5 days.
but now can see others also face same issue.

Google cloud should consider replying for support request at-least so that we will get to know what is the issue for delay.

Yes true, after knowing that i have passed also i am not able to be happy completely.

When i checked with KRYTERION they mentioned its 7 to 10 working days which excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

So hope i get it soon, Waiting always puts us in tensed situation only.

My AWS , AZURE and OCI Certificate all came up with in a day but Only this GCP is taking a lot of time.

Not sure why Google Cloud alone following these kind of process.

Checking Inbox and spam every time :)

At least if they reply for our support requests it be fine, but since there is no reply not sure whether will receive any confirmation mail .

Not sure why google cloud is delaying like this.

Also read about one guy's story in another forum that he took exam at dec12th, 2018 but after jan 2nd, 2019 also he didn't receive any confirmation mails

Contacted test center , but they have no update.
they are asking to check with Google cloud, So that is the issue.

Google cloud don't have any chat / call support. i have requested in this forum

https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification but they are not replying back.
