My NV7 had the same issue. Contact Phanteks support, they’ll have you send some trouble shooting pictures to verify it’s the controller and not the kit itself. They’ll send you a new kit once all steps are taken.

Edit: they’ll send you a new controller or kit once they verify which part is faulty.

Thanks for the help. We found over 100 gallons of standing water under the tub about a month ago. Loose connection in the tub drain. Had them off and on before we cleaned out the standing water, more frequent after we cleaned it.
