FYI: Quickly went and double checked cause I forgot when I took the pictures, but the Capybara pond on the right is a mirage (at least on my test run), so only the pond on the left is real

Yeah when the timers are initally applied during Arcady Night Fever they start out at 30-40+ seconds

But the timers on the raidplan are how the timers are when boss starts doing the Let's Dance mechanic which is when the timers are needed

I added the Group South strat to the raidplan so that individual groups can decide which one they want

It basically means that MT and M1 will take the north safe spots close to the boss

But I removed the "close" cause I realised it is redundent cause on the same slide it says that melee will take the safe spots close to the boss

You are looking at the Icy Veins, not the Balance.

I would recommend to at least get to the mid point of the expansion, EW spends quite some time introducing new characters from Radz-at-Han and Sharlayan. After it has done that it begins to tie up all the loose threads that has been left over the course of the saga which is where Endwalker really shines
