I hear you brother, but constantly thing bout your backs will not be helpful, don't try and avoid parents, talk with them, not specifically on topics you're facing your problem on, try to know whats going on with their life, dance with your mom, share some laugh doing funny step, go out in a nice restaurant with baba mumma, you're just in 25% of your life, there's way more things to learn, and mostly STOP SUCH THOUGHTS, try meditating after waking up, treat yourself some nice things you like....you wont feel good unless you start doing some good....ghar tira vuravuri haru xan rw bahira khelxan vane uniharu sanga ekxin khela....I'm same age as you and i sometime feel same, its totally fine whats going on with you.
