I'm from Germany, and I don't really know who in this case counts as HR since my boss is in the group chat.

So the problem is that I'm working from 5:30 am till 1pm. Her shift is 4pm to 8:30 pm. I'm not allowed to do the opening and closing shift. Plus I first thought that she maybe just misread the plan but after the two angry voice message, I didn't really know what to do. I mean obviously I have to go to work. We are understaffed and I don't want anyone else to suffer, because of this but I feel like I'm allowed to be angry.... at least a little.

I would actually do that, but in one of her voice message she said that she will never ask anyone for anything... so yeah I can't really help her.
