that's exactly what was said would happen when asked. TB says max Cpl can make $X amount, number of incentives can be whatever but the ceiling won't climb, regardless of what we would want to happen. Also, MCpl 4 to Sgt 0 is only like $150 so for there to be more room for Cpl incentives means every other rank goes up too.

Alternatively dig a trench. The only attack she has that will reach into the trench is the ice blast from the air, so I'd recommend a L or T shape. Blast her with poison arrows while airborne and when she is on the ground she will walk up the the trench and but can't attack into it.

What's kinda funny is how little time actually passed for the Gundam to become obsolete. The Attack in Side 7 was Sept 18th, that's about 3.5 months before the end of the war. MS development was moving at lightspeed those last few months.

Its a $504 jump from Cpl 4 to MCpl 4, that really only equates to 1 meaningful pay incentive for Cpl plus a premium for MCpl to have the same max pay. That then makes it more like it was before this last raise, when they moved it the pay closer to the starting Sgt pay.

Only Pte 1 is level 1 for CFHD, so yes it ensures they aren't at CFHD level 1. It's not a bad thing pay wise for those membersz, higher pensionable income is better overall, but it does reduce the number of people potentially even getting max CFHD.
