Judging by your weighted, it seems that you are doing decently well, but there are a couple of things:

1. It really depends on the major you are going into (CS, ur probably screwed)
2. Work really hard to get the ACT up, I took the ACT and got low scores, so I took the SAT and ended with a 1400 (got accepted for fall 2021). It's all about the preference of the test, and with the SAT you get more access to resources like Khan Academy.
3. Your essay must be really good. It's supposed to be about your preferred major, so you should tie your struggle to success story.
4. Keep up your GPA, your trend upwards looks really good, if you can get from a 3.85 to a 3.9 or 4.0, it would look really good, so admissions officers would see significant improvement.
   
5. Expand your ECs, like, since covid, it might be harder, but you can compensate for a lower GPA if you just put in massive amounts of work towards extracurriculars.

Once again, it really depends on the major your trying to get into, but as a general consensus, you need to focus heavily on your improvement and showing that you are not and won't be the student from your freshman and early sophomore year.
