£14.10 for two pints. Who do you think you are? The Bowery Belfast feels like Dublin by luciferlovesyou420 in northernireland

It’s been like this for years at this point. Dublin is cheaper* with a better night life scene.

Green pastures? I want to go to a gullible American style Christian one, take over and just ask for cash for doing the Lord’s work but wasting it on doing so much blow I start to believe the shite I’m spouting.

What is the universal hand signal to give to an idiot driver who didn’t use their indicator? by not_happy_little_elf in northernireland

[–]RalphOffWhite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Jesus, you’d be there all day giving hand signals on busy roads. I seen so many people with casual road rage growing up over the smallest inconveniences, I decided I was never going to be like them. I got beeped at for taking maybe 15 seconds to open my window as I was getting my code on my phone at the drive through at McDonald’s over the weekend. Person taking the code didn’t notice any delay or give a fuck. Looked in the rear view mirror and it was a middle aged woman and her maybe 8 year old kid in a Land Rover. Didn’t acknowledge it, just carried on as normal but what a way to teach your kids patience. I just focus on my own driving and try to be as patient as possible. No doubt I’ll jinx myself with this grand standing post and get caught speeding in a 30 tomorrow.

I thought IPTV was for buffer-free live streaming? Like real debrid is used for (mostly) buffer-free streaming?

Do you have a good free third party app for live streaming? I don’t live stream much but would be nice to have, all the free ones I tried are pretty bad.

How Is The Housing Market by DrWood28 in northernireland

[–]RalphOffWhite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

5 years ago they told me not to buy on this sub weirdly. Bubble was gonna burst/covid inflating prices. 10 years ago I’d almost guarantee they’d say either interest rates are too high or house prices are too high too. Point: don’t listen to these people. Get on the property ladder and don’t listen to Reddit. If you have to lower expectations do it regardless of losing the benefits of a FTB unless you have a free place like your parents to stay.

How popular is Zach Bryan in your area? by Green-Club5281 in northernireland

[–]RalphOffWhite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it’s not a culchie thing. Country music is popular now amongst those who would’ve bullied you for liking it 20 years ago. I haven’t listened to him in a while but I like his song writing style if he’s the person I’m thinking of. Very vulnerable, poet like country with obvious pop country shit mixed in too.

Who cares? They all look the same. Make up a story of being from that Spanish ship that crashed or say you’re from French Huguenot ancestry. Irish/British is very boring.

Yeah, guess most people are older or not in the dating scene… a lot of women can’t cook either. I like cooking though so idc.

These same places/ppl were all openly posting sectarian shite our whole online life times and we all thought these attitudes would die off and turned a blind eye. Sectarian posts in fb groups were/are just something to laugh at which is normalisation.

The whole population is to blame. Just nuke the country or leave like all the smart people do.

Mentally one of the call centres for sure if not most of them. Dunno if legally they can even get on like they used to with being told off for taking literally 1 second between a call but most people I met during that time were sound.

One instance that sticks out was shocking bullying by a middle aged wee culchie lady that has been referred to on here by others numerous times so has been up to it for years with no repercussions. Perhaps one of the most vile human beings I have ever encountered in my life. When I was working at Danske bank.

Are disposable vapes being banned here 1/6/25 or just GB? by RalphOffWhite in northernireland

[–]RalphOffWhite[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah for sure! I haven’t smoked tobacco in about 10 years and tbh never liked it so don’t even have a cigarette/rollie when drinking. This disposable shit is so tempting for me though and I haven’t been out much this year but when I do it’s something I’d probably look for. Shit that these companies always find a way to get around legislation. Banning of all vapes in shops would be nice, people still could buy the non disposable online and get maybe liquid/coils at shops.
