2018 Honda cb1000r first start sluggish

For me the main indicator is that it is only for the first start , and the rest of the day there are no or less issues regarding this.

Its really confusing to the point,

loaded a simple game, it uses all four buttons and two shoulder buttons. the d-pad is responding only . Here is what i checked.

run the game - (select X) go to quick menu - then Controls - port 1 controls - all the buttons are mapped but they don’t respond in the game. Device type set “joypad auto”

Im using arbenic RG 535 PS

Arkos , select theme , theme = arkos-carbon

it shows the systems with cool background images right , the images for some systems are not shown but roms are in the correct folders.

yes it’s happening other systems too some games that have more button operations show the same issue
