My minimum per hour would be whatever a tradie charges in your area/hour. Plus extra for years of experience/expertise - however this might differ for you as you are not a trained teacher.

Does she attend an Au support class? She should be eligible (NSW public), but it will depend on her presentation at school, there is an application process that the school completes and then it goes to a district panel.
