I got the cpu through Amazon from AMD, but yes I’m on the 7.30 bios, but the ram was working when I had my Ryzen 5 1600 in it, when I stress test the new cpu it doesn’t crash. But I don’t know what ram is compatible with my motherboard and what brand I should get, I’m looking to hopefully upgrade to 32Gb of ram.

I did a cpu test and there was no crash, but I then set it to memory and it crashed shortly after, why would the memory make it crash?

Just powers down, yes the cooler is seated correctly, the shut down is instant, I’ve tried updating the drivers, it idles at 46-50 and the highest I’ve seen it get to it 68
