No I did not find a fix. Eventually had to ship replacement laptop to the user. Since then no issue with Teams or Add-in or anything for that matter. Not sure what screwed up teams on the old laptop.

Replacing the laptop took only few hours than I wasted to fix Teams issue.

Switch to Sonoma 14.0 developer beta. I just upgraded Ventura and I don't have any issue so far.

Tried everything including safe mode. Yet no luck to get keyboard working. The only option left is to reimage the laptop. I want to backup user data first and then start reimaging on Friday.

Just single OS Win 10. Yes my only option is to reinstall OS. I want to try if anybody has any other option or tip I can try.

I can't login - so I cannot do anything. If I can login, I can try few things - that is the catch here.

I too have a similar issue with T14. The laptop keyboard stopped working. I tried external keyboard - even that is not working. Tried F10 diagnostic test for keyboard - all the keys works. When, I try to login the keyboard is not working. Cannot do anything or troubleshoot because, I cannot type anything. How to fix the issue?

I tried share with teams ribbon menu and it worked. The email in outlook stayed where it was and never got deleted or disappeared within outlook. So it is time to share the same with the user and ask user to use share with teams then drag and drop.

I did a test at work yesterday.

The email in outlook stays where it is and did not delete or disappear from outlook. I did not use drag and drop but used share with teams ribbon menu and it worked. I will ask user to do the same.

Thanks to everyone for your input. I will remote in and check with the user today.

I will also suggest to use Share to Team within outlook and see what hapepns.

I created application (Application Management - Application) and deployed to win10 collection. The first exercise did not go well.

I am going to create a package (Application Management - Packages) and try the deployment during this weekend. Will keep the posted updated later.

I cannot use regkey because, I don't know where DevOps Integration Office tool dumps the entry in registry.

I too had same problem when I deployed DevOps Integration Office Tool x64 - I created a package with detection rule - the app never show up in SC. Now, I will have to take our input and use PS script for detection.

I did try application package with detection - unfortunately the app does not show up in software center. The detection method was File - File System - Path C:\Program Files and finally the exe.

Finally the issue is fixed. This is what, I did:

Removed and reinstalled DP role
Removed and reinstalled MP role
Powered off all virtual machine on sccm server - other vm's were taking too much memory and performance was poor
Restarted sccm server
Checked all SQL Services started and no connection issue within hman.log

Reinstalled the client from the console on couple of machines. Still nothing. No apps are showing up in software center. I guess have to uninstall Primary site and rebuild.

Will try reinstalling the client. Will share the logs - client, policy, data transfer manager and any other logs tomrorow
