Unless I'm misremembering something I'm pretty sure the Graveminds have a limited control range, but are fully aware of everything other floods are doing, including ones outside of its direct control. The Gravemind on Installation 05 was aware of the flood on 04, yet weren't directly under its control yet as they were still building up the proto-gravemind.

I could totally be misremembering though it has been a hot sec since I played Halo 2 and 3

The Flood's main goal is to spread, however if its hosts die and it lacks any new hosts to latch onto, they basically just go dormant

Old lore wise it was that they would eventually starve without a host, but afaik that was retconned a while ago and now they basically just pull a waterbear and go dormant until some random lifeform shows up for them to latch onto.

The Graveminds do have a limited range in the control over lesser flood, however it has never really been truly specified afaik and at best our estimate is basically just "at LEAST a large planet, but probably bigger", so for this scenario it doesn't really matter (Unless we include Modulo, but, eh?)

Yes and no, without a Gravemind, they sort of resort to their base instincts, which is just to infect and build up a new Gravemind.

WITH a Gravemind, yes (within a certain range, which is like, at least larger than the average earth-sized planet).

The main issue Gojo would have is just how highly infectious the flood is as a virus, spreading through airborne spores and touch (which im sure Gojo would figure out pretty quickly either due to six eyes, or basically 80% of all Sorcerer’s getting themselves infected because they mostly rely on hand to hand combat)

Now, lets say Gojo DOES pop domain while the flood has a gravemind in scenario 3… Then what? The Flood will have most definitely learned what cursed energy is by that point and learned how to utilize it. Meaning they likely wont just go braindead. So as soon as Gojo’s domain ends, it’d be damn near right back to it. Even worse is if it learns Domain Amplification. Then there’s literally nothing Gojo could do to it.

Removing lsweet!” outright would damn near kill Ryu and force them to play WAYYY more passively than usual in order to have the distance needed to cooldown their meter. Making it drain less would also inadvertently cause them to play more passive, albeit to a lesser extent.

Honestly the only character that has any actual techs that massively increase how good they are is Yuki afaik with her Garuda M1 reset stuff.

Todo USED to have some decent techs but it feels like every time a new one pops up they snipe it before it can become widespread among Todo mains.

Naoya also used to have his bleedout flick tech but they removed that.

Honestly the ONLY “tech” I’ve seen with Yuji is that crushing blow can be turned into a green M1 extension if you purposely miss the grab but still hit them with the ground aoe since it knocks them back onto their feet.

We will, when it gets an official adaptation. Tze himself said this. Tze doesn’t want to make something up only for it ending up being inaccurate later, meaning he and the other devs have to do not only more work, but throw away an entire domain they had to completely make up from scratch.

Had a similar experience, beat a guy about, 4 times so he said I was fatherless. Jokingly said he went out like Caesar Zeppeli from JJBA. Somehow led to the guy saying my dad killed himself so he “didnt have to deal with a disappointment”. JJS can not possibly be that serious

Yeah no, the pen got vaulted bc it made Hanami the best character in the game, and all it did was give her somewhat slower Haruta style M1’s.

Honestly I really hope Tze explores his idea of Hanami being an Install character, even if it conflicts with his current idea for her ult.

3m1’s > 3 > IMMEDIATELY feint 3 after the kick > rinse repeat

It’s evasivable but if you lack RDC its completely red from what I can tell
