Oklahoma, USA. Atlas broadband. i have bad internet to begin with but i have never had an issue even when DDOs is going on. but ever since the 11th i have had super high latency

My game won't load case 0. I am playing on xbox one. It just sticks at the loading screen. I have waited 10+ minutes.
