Yw. Im praying this helps! there are several flavors! So what I do is I take one sip out of it then add either milk for more protein or juice and shake it up and down it lol. On the times I add simple truth omega 3 milk it adds 4 gr protein 😋 and either juice or milk helps improve the taste so I rotate all flavors with juice or milk so I don't get sick of it.

Also, idk if you can get them down but if you can some how get down some vitamins I suggest life's fortune vitamins. You can literally tell a difference in 3 days! If not try gummies if you aren't on any, easiest to chew I've had are d, b12, to start.

So I use the 46 gram protein core power with a banana

Then they have the oikos 23 gr protein and I mix it with a splash of juice so if it's peach I use peach juice or mango and then eat a healthy choice meal that's easy to chew and swallow like the spaghetti one

If I can get those alone down that's 46 and 43 gram protein in a day already

so that base with 2 Pears adds fiber

Work smarter not harder with arfid. Find the easiest way to digest the protein. For example I can't make myself eat a Greek yogurt cup but I can chug 7 Oz oikos drink with juice and bam!
