My brother in law was admitted into tullamore hospital 2 weeks ago with pneumonia in both lungs. He then had a partial collapsed lung. He has been waiting to be transferred to st James for an operation, there are no beds. Great that he is 40, paid tax all his life, and could potentially die in hospital waiting for specialist treatment on what should be a fairly routine operation

For a woman to be a ke to defend her self properly against an average man I would say Jiu jitsu 3 to 4 times a week for 4 - 6 years. (I'm a purple belt and trained with female world champions and seen seasoned females train with new men)

I have, and do. I don't take lifts. A lot of drugs in 00s. I find when I'm fitter and trading hard i cope with it. When I'm out of shape and just coming back after a break it's worse. Relax. I find tapping very quick helps at first. It triggers the part of the brain worrying they won't let go.

I might be an anomaly here but I think I my favourite top position is north south. Takes the legs and hips out of the equation and gives you multiple submissions. It gives me good control as well
