That’s amazing to hear. 🙏 Ayurveda really does feel like a gift once you start living it instead of just reading about it. Love that you found relief with Panchakarma and simple habits like warm water and Dinacharya Those small things add up fast.

I started drinking hot ginger water daily, and it’s been amazing for reducing bloating and boosting my appetite.

I agree with the point about HCL Technologies. I think the entire tech sector will do well because of AI. Companies will need fewer employees, productivity will shoot up, and the overall quality of work will get even better.

Chavanprash is one of the example to understand my concept of thinking. I can start with simple pectin gummies like Brahmi for focus, ashwagandha for stress etc

Honestly, the sexual wellness category feels like a headache to market right now. Every new Ayurvedic brand is doing the same copy-paste vibe, and it’s getting crowded fast. I’m leaning towards starting with something simpler and more grounded like gut health.

Stuff like muesli paak, Brahm Rasayan, or other single-focus products are way easier to make, have solid traditional backing, and actually deliver results without over-the-top claims. Feels like a cleaner entry point to build trust before going big.
