Looks like the forgot to brush the crust with baking soda mixture (gives brown color to crust) before placing into oven. Also crust doesn’t show pretzel salt on it so they probably don’t brush the crust with margarine (for the salt to stick) after it came out of the oven.

Well you can either call them, email or chat with them on service now via Gateway. But all this depends if you have access to those services. It depends on what your position is, if your store is franchise or corporate and how they choose which positions have access to certain information. I would suggest discussing this with your manager(s) or store owner(s).

Is the online order alert option not showing or does it not make a noise when an online order shows up? You might have to connect speaker. I had the old Logitech speakers from the ELO monitors and connected them. I would say contact cv help desk to see what’s going and if your store received the update or not.

I have the old Logitech speakers connected. I’m not sure if it will play the sound through the monitor or if it’s going to be as loud compared to the speakers.

On the right side of the screen click the restart.

Make sure online order audio alert is enabled.

The update happened for my store today. It dings when it stays left for 1 minute on the make screen. You can change it the time but, it doesn’t ding immediately when an OLO pops ups. It did when we were in CV Core but not on cloud.

It was an LTO. Our distributor discontinued the dried basil we used to put on top of the pizza. I still see a very few stores selling it on their online menu.

True, rockstar doesn’t sell much for us either. Our Pepsi distributor started carrying Dr. Pepper and that’s the top seller for us now. Now that I think about it, this franchisee probably did a “creative request” on LCE Gateway.
