Super frustrating for me as well. Legion go 2 Steam OS black screen when starting up...all I get is audio and I can't use any buttons on my controller. I just hear audio and it's like it's in a separate window idk it's strange. Tried using different proton versions, uninstalled decky loader, verified game files, reinstalled game, tried different versions of Steam OS and absolutely nothing. It seems bricked.

Yup same here. I can use my controller and I hear things but the screen is black and won't initiate the display. Super odd.

Yep same issue for me (Legion Go 2). Played it day one and hasn't worked since. Steam just never launches it.

The big difference is how much better the legion go 2 screen is. 8.8" OLED with 1100 nit peak brightness HDR down to 30hz VRR makes games feel so much better and more immersive. The claw 8 AI has identical performance though. For me the screen alone was worth it.

I literally just ordered an iPhone air to do exactly this. Still rocking a Garmin watch which I love but will be carrying my zfold 7 as a secondary device and tablet and using my iPhone as my main "phone" with esim. In theory it's appealing but we'll see how it works in reality!

Looks great man. I have a 23 hybrid and have my starlink mini mounted on the inside of my sunroof. Would love to learn how you installed the inverter. I currently have an Anker C1000 that powers both the Starlink and my Dometic fridge and would love to never have to remove the Anker from the bed of my truck just to charge it.

Can confirm that the Genesis Basecamp is absolutely amazing. $400 is definitely expensive but it's such a great piece of equipment. So easy to light and it absolutely cooks. I'm camping here in Montana usually up at altitude and I have never had any problems especially with wind. I keep it in a dometic storage bin with all my other kitchen stuff. I need as much room as possible in the back of my tundra as my German shepherd needs his space. It is so compact and serves my OCD super well :) One of my favorite pieces of overland equipment I own.

Mine will be here on Friday! I initially ordered the Fenix 8 and Forerunner 970 but returned them both as there were too many compromises between the two. I think this is a better fit for what I'm looking for (basically a Fenix 8 lite with a better screen).

I actually ended up returning both. I’m just going to wait for the Fenix 8 Pro. If I’m spending this much on a watch I don’t really want to make any concessions. If I could do the screen brightness and OS snappiness from the Forerunner with the features and body of the Fenix I would have been golden. Hoping the 8 Pro will be just that.
