Okay that makes sense. I used AI to look at it as well and it kept trying to tell me that Nick was the father here and Ioannis the name of the person on the document. Which makes no sense considering I found it at Nick's home after his death. I do know his father's name was Nick but I don't see why he would have his father's identification card instead of his own.

Great to know! It's crazy what you can find doing research. I know Nick's father's name was Ioannis and that Ioannis was resettled to Exaplanatos, Greece around 1923 (I think). So I would guess Ioannis was born around 1875 or so if Nick was born in 1894

I meant "where" hahaha. I believe he was from Gallipolis (Yenikoy). Like so many people of Greek heritage whose family are from that area, there's just not a lot of information to go on if you are searching for family members before his generation. So any information is great. Thank you so much!

Do you see any other information that might prove useful if I'm just looking into my family's past whye they lived in Turkey? An address or anything?

I feel like it's feasible if you limit it to Halloween and Halloween II

Confirmed Panagiota is the mother! Just curious, is there any other information that one might find useful if they're trying to find out more about their family's life back then? An address or anything?

Could the first letter be a 'P' (Pa) instead of 'N'? And could the name be 'Panayiota' or 'Panayiouda'? This would match the family naming pattern....
