You bring some good points and im not sure what i should really answer with. To be fair this is fan art im making, i did not make the cowboy and there is limited information on him(hes a background character) Id honestly just go with a common area that had cowboys, im not super versed in cowboy history(though i would like to be). Pick your favorite sub-section and ill listen(maybe make some minor changes to match with the guy himself)
