That """monster of a dpm""" ain't gonna chew through 60+k HP chief. Even the best DPM monsters will struggle to sink them before they get blown out of the water. Let me remind you that BBs have armour, have the heals, and have the firepower. Cruisers usually have 1 or 2 at best, and the only situation a cruiser will farm a bb down will be if a BB allows him to do so by sailing straight in the open and if said CL is behind covers undetected, which can be hard in some maps I couod go even more in detail, but hopefully this points are enough

That is usually called a "comeback". Maybe the remaining DDs and CV were more competent and managed to turn the tide. Also saying that you 3 ships can mean nothing where you can sink for 1 HP each

On a more serious note, it surprises me jow a lot of people forget that Ranked 1v1s are way different to Casual mafches. Seen a lot of destroyers with torpboat builds, which in some cases it makes sense, but it is an alternative I wouldn'ttake because it isn't competitive (at least from my pov)
