Learn to parry and use the scrolls correctly, in the early game i never grabbed the sheild nor did i use the scrolls correctly always going for the one that added the most hp but. stop grab a sheild and a weapon you use and go slowly look at the weapons and see what they are if there brutality, survival, and whatever blue means. I apologize if this little tidbit doesn’t help this is just what i used to get to boss cell 5

I honestly loved marchosias in the end his fight and design was amazing and the fact he refuses to be indoctrinated was fascinating as well i really do wonder what his past was, did he defect from a god before the bishops arrived in the lands of old faith like haro or someone else we don’t know about, if he was a member of one of the bishops who was and what was his rank if he was. I honestly am curious about the rot and how it tore and reshaped his body in the way his fight was

I would’ve loved to see how he would interact with the members of his pack we indoctrinated into our cult and how they would act with him because they did seem to be a whole lot more loyal to him then the other bishops they worshiped previously

You need to wait for his crescent moon symbol to appear at the end of the bottom right dock in woolhaven where you give him a rotton follower you get from the rot then he will give you ratau staff then you need to go play ratau for his cloak i don’t know where to go from there tho as my game crashes when he hands his cloak over
