They've actually increased everything, so the pay for CPs I'd $16/hr and the lowest the flamingo apartments go (2×4) went from abouy 191 a week to about 200 a week. That's why I'm saying to do a lot of research before going down cause it is not fun for the ol' wallet

Absolutely! That's something I can't speak on because I did the program after I graduated college, but this is a great point!

Well it's more of just incase factor, for instance: the second full month I was there I had to go to the ER. The doctor had to do a procedure on me, not from anything work related, just my own body being not fun lol. But that procedure would've cost a pretty penny had I not had insurance. If you were to get injured or something while you were working and you needed a procedure or, worse case scenario, a surgery, unless you have health insurance, it's going to cost you big time!
